with Ned Beckley & Josh Hogan

SAT 15 OCT | 2PM – 2:45PM

Sound is powerful – it influences the way we feel and can trigger our deepest memories. What does a sound designer do and what kind of design decisions do they make?

Take an aural journey with award-winning local sound designers Ned Beckley and Josh Hogan of Envelope Audio, whose work spans everything from film scores and video games to public art. Josh and Ned will speak about the craft of sound design and its tremendous power in the storytelling process.

Chances are, you’ve already heard their work on the ABC, Netflix or at the Fremantle Biennale.

This event is part of the Fremantle Design Week Conversations Series. Tickets are available for individual sessions, a whole day or the whole weekend.
